Each 75-minute session is designed around your specific needs. The following is a list of areas to choose.

SLOW FLOW: whole body stretch and releases, used with the breath, to allow you to let go of built-up tension, and to begin to re-shape the body. Change the way you look.

POSTURAL EVALUATION: your posture can add 20 years to your age. Focus on the health of your bones, joints and muscles. Muscle is lost with age and lack of use. You can change the health of your bones with specific range-of-motion and strength exercises. Dietary habits, as it relates to muscle and bone health, will be discussed.
ENERGY DYNAMICS: What kind of cardio is appropriate for you? Much depends on age, injuries, time allowed, etc.. A healthy body needs regular, cardio exercise. Design a workout fit for you.
INNER DEVELOPMENT: being still, with the focus on your breath, will allow you to get closer with self. Let go of distractions, listen and be receptive. Balance is the key to ultimate mental health.
